Distribution of 6 Ice Green Cold Storage Units to Food Terminal Inc. (FTI)
All Certified Equipment Trading Corporation (ACETC) successfully delivered six Ice Green cold storage container vans to the government-owned Food Terminal Inc. (FTI), enhancing the agency’s food preservation and storage capabilities.
The formal turnover took place on January 22, 2021, and was attended by FTI President and CEO Mr. Ariel P. Buenaventura, together with Vice President for Operations Mr. John Gabriel Benedict C. Trinidad, Vice President for Business Support Mr. Julian H. Musico, and Special Assistant to the Chairman Atty. Krystle L. Dansal. Representing ACETC was General Manager and Vice President Mr. Bhong Amoroso, who personally facilitated the handover of the units.
Each cold storage unit comes equipped with Kaiao diesel generator sets, also supplied by ACETC. Mr. Amoroso emphasized that ACETC conducts thorough evaluations of all its distributed products to ensure their suitability for the Philippine market.
“Just like with every product we carry, we carefully assessed the Ice Green cold storage systems and Kaiao generators to ensure they are capable of withstanding the country’s tropical climate,” he stated.
He also reiterated ACETC’s full support for the Philippine Cold Chain Roadmap, launched by the government earlier that January, which aims to boost the nation’s cold storage capacity by 10 to 15 percent annually to meet growing industry demands.
ACETC offers two Ice Green models:
40-foot model: Equipped with a 3-HP compressor and a capacity of 67.5 cubic meters
20-foot model: Equipped with a 2-HP compressor and a capacity of 28.8 cubic meters
These plug-and-play cold storage systems require no special installation, making them ideal for rapid deployment across various industries.
Mr. Amoroso also gave assurances on after-sales service:
“ACETC has built a reputation as a reliable provider of quality after-sales support and spare parts. This commitment extends to our new offerings like Ice Green.”

Turnover of 3 Ice Green Cold Storage Units to Food Terminal Inc. (FTI)

Department of Agriculture Secretary Dr. William D. Dar paid a special visit to Food Terminal Inc. (FTI) on March 19, 2021, underscoring the Department of Agriculture’s continued collaboration with FTI in strengthening the country’s agricultural sector.
During the visit, Secretary Dar reiterated the Department’s commitment to support FTI’s initiatives toward ensuring food security and price stability.
Earlier, on March 14, 2021, All Certified Equipment Trading Corporation (ACETC) successfully delivered an additional three (3) units of Ice Green cold storage container vans to FTI’s Cold Storage Facility in Taguig.
This latest delivery brings the total number of Ice Green cold storage units delivered by ACETC to FTI to nine (9)—a testament to the growing partnership between the private and public sectors in bolstering the country’s cold chain infrastructure.
The Ice Green cold storage systems are designed to support agricultural storage needs with plug-and-play functionality and energy-efficient performance, helping institutions like FTI maintain the quality and longevity of perishable goods.
