Our Team
A COMPANY STEERED BY EXPERTS, MANNED BY PROFESSIONALS
From the onset, the personalities behind All Certified Equipment Trading Corporation (ACETC) possessed the expertise to make the company one of the leaders in modernizing the Philippine agriculture sector.
Firstly, ACETC Chairman and President Benigno P. Limcumpao, who during the founding of the company on June, 2011, had just retired as Area Manager of Kubota Philippines where he was a consistent Sales Target Achiever. By the time ACETC was founded, Limcumpao already had 46 years of experience in agricultural machineries, making him highly qualified to lead the company he would help found.
To date, Mr. Limcumpao has at least 55 years of experience in the field of farm machineries in the Philippines.
Now on his tenth year of leading the company, Limcumpao believes ACETC can still reach greater heights because of the momentum created by his team in propelling the company into a top provider of agricultural machineries and after-sales service.
Another member of the top management of ACETC is Bhong C. Amoroso, who now has more than 30 years in the agricultural machinery industry that allows him to understand the needs and requirements of the company’s growing base of clients.
Mr. Amoroso is currently the Vice-president and General Manager of ACETC.
One of the key individuals also who helped found the company was Angel C. Tactay, a businessman from Cauayan, Isabela. Mark Anthony Tactay Perez, also a businessman from Cauayan, Isabela, was also part of the team that founded ACETC.
Although the headquarters of ACETC is in Cauayan, Isabela, the hometown of Angel C. Tactay, the company’s main office is located at No. 905 Philam Homes EDSA, 1104 Quezon City in Metro Manila that services the needs of Luzon. For the Visayas, ACETC has an office in No. 13, East Plaza Suntal Villas, Phase 2, Circumferential Road, Bgry. Taculing, Bacolod City. For the Mindanao area, ACETC has an office at RAC Bldg. Door3, Mc Arthur Highway, Peace Avenue, Bangkal, Davao City.
With Mr. Limcumpao and Amoroso having 55 years and 30 years of experience in farm machineries, respectively, there is no doubt ACETC is led by who can be the most competent top management among farm machinery providers in the Philippines.

ACETC also hires the most competent professionals and provides the best training for its sales and after-sales teams.
Its sales personnel of 17 have played a major role in making brands under ACETC among the most respected in the Philippines, and Massey-Ferguson the top among farm tractors.
In the private sector, ACETC has supplied a large number of Massey-Ferguson farm tractors to Dole Philippines, Del Monte, and Davao Agricultural Corporation, among other corporate accounts.
ACETC also provided farm equipment to the International Rice Research Institute; Department of Agriculture and its attached agencies like the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and Philippine Carabao Center; Laguna State Polytechnic University; National Irrigation Administration; University of Antique; and University of the Philippines in Los Banos.
